A research paper on the production of uniform microcapsules using food-grade polymers—authored by Gondo, and students Miyashita and Toyota—has been published in Wiley’s “Droplet” journal. This work is the result of a joint research project with Professor Taro Toyoda of the University of Tokyo. A press release has also been issued.
